Factors resulting in ageing! There are primarily two factors.
Intrinsic factors – Natural ageing process.
Extrinsic factors like diet, disease, environmental pollution and UV radiation.
We can’t avoid ageing or reverse ageing but we can slow down the ageing process if we eat right, exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Also, by including some ingredients in our daily skincare routine, we all can age gracefully!
🔵Sunscreen – The most significant of all! Do not skip a SUNSCREEN even if you are indoors. No skincare product will work if you avoid Sunscreen. It is indispensable.
